Jealousy becomes me
Vain envy.
I am an enemy to my sanity
Stealing all similar sanctity.
Frigid and empty
Scarred with bent teeth
Ground to white bone
The root,
wicked and twisting,
looks like failing.
And rightly so!
Jealousy becomes me
and in my epicenter,
detriment abounds
This is cold.
And old.
Black abyss
minuscule specks barely existent.
Can I try again?
Or fall victim to sin.
Or fall in love with it.
Or spit on its grave.
I'll try harder.
I'll try harder
Next time (or times)
I'll try harder
